Ola immigrated to Canada with her parents from Lebanon when she was very young. She has received two degrees from the University of Calgary and was a strong student leader within her campus community. She is the founder of The Art of Islam and serves as the Vice President for the United Nations Association in Canada, Calgary Branch.
I am a Lebanese-Canadian who practices Islam and speaks, English, Arabic and some French. I wear a hijab and always find ways to get involved and give back to my community. I am immensely proud to be Canadian.
